What is the safety distance between the spring buttons?
The spacing between the spring buttons should be kept above ≥5mm to avoid being too close, causing false touches and mutual interference.
Is the K value effect the sensitivity of PCB?
The spring force of the touch spring is not related to the sensitivity, so it is suitable. As long as the spring is not soldered, and the touch area of the spring is reasonably in smooth contact with the panel, the value of the touch chip is properly matched, the sensitivity is very easy to solve, and it has nothing to do with the shape!
What is the best finish for the salt spray?
Salt spray is better resistant , but the finish is Nickel and with salt spray oil, so the solder ing will be worse than tin.Generally, the salt spray requires 36-48 hours ,the material should choose 304 stainless steel!
